This month, I've swapped my trusty London tube for a magnificent steam train carriage. My pink sparkling time-travel leotard is feeling particularly energetic, ready to bring you the story of the revolutionary leotard design that graced the stage - the invention of the one-piece leotard. And guess what? You can thank a fellow Derbyshire girl for it!

Jules Léotard, an Englishman from Derbyshire just like me! And as any true lover of leotard history knows, this date is marked as a significant turning point for leotard fashion.
