You won't believe the selection of fabulous leotards they had in their costume department. Oh, my darlings, the colours! The theatre's been open for well over a century and they have kept their costume history, all neatly archived with amazing pieces from the 19th century, the 20th century, and everything in-between! There was a breathtaking emerald green silk leotard from the Edwardian era and even an absolutely captivating scarlet velvet leotard from the Victorian era. Oh, and a dazzling scarlet one with beaded fringe and sequins – perfect for a Moulin Rouge number! It’s definitely added a few ideas for my next collection!
