Hello darlings!
It's Wednesday, which means it's time for another blog post from your favourite pink tutu-clad traveller!
This week I've been right here on Earth, and let me tell you, it's been a whirlwind of pink tulle and celestial sparkles. You wouldn't believe the adventures I've had!
Back to Earth!
Remember my last post, where I was saying goodbye to Mars? Well, I've been whisked back to dear old planet Earth and I have to say, I am absolutely beaming with excitement! The universe is a vast, magnificent place, but Earth holds a special place in my heart.
I've missed everything about home. The quaint Derbyshire countryside where I was born, the way the breeze smells after a light drizzle, the hearty laughter echoing down the street, the aroma of freshly brewed tea... And, of course, all the fabulously sparkly fashion. I am not a lady who can resist a good vintage find! This week, I found the most darling little cream coloured brocade top at a shop on Baker Street. It's the most charming thing you've ever seen and pairs perfectly with my "Starry Night" pink tulle tutu (itās from my new āGalactic Glamour' collection, available online).
Ballet, Baby!
Before I even landed on Earth, my inbox was overflowing with emails from all of you lovely pink tutu aficionados requesting I hit up the most iconic ballet shows. Let me tell you, I wouldn't have it any other way. And what's even more fun? This week, there are performances of both The Nutcracker AND Swan Lake playing across the globe.
Firstly, the Nutcracker! Now, if you haven't already guessed, this ballet holds a very special place in my heart. It is utterly magical, with its incredible music and breathtaking choreography. It truly evokes the warmth and cheer of Christmas - a truly inspiring and captivating masterpiece.
My next stop: Swan Lake. The perfect blend of passion, romance and tragedy, Swan Lake is another showstopper! Thereās nothing quite like seeing the graceful dance between the beautiful white swans and the ominous black swans. It's enough to melt a celestial princess's heart!
After my visits to these stunning ballets, I even squeezed in a class at the prestigious Royal Ballet School. Talk about an experience! Those ballerinas are seriously graceful!
I can't forget my lovely tutu collection. And with this fabulous Earthly excursion, Iāve decided I must incorporate more of this Earthly inspired fashion into my collection. Think delicate floral details and ethereal silk designs!
Shopping, Shopping, Shopping
Speaking of fashion, after all the amazing ballets, I headed straight for London. You all know I am obsessed with the British fashion scene! You just canāt go wrong with a good bit of Savile Row tailoring or the vintage finds nestled on Portobello Road.
Let me tell you, London's department stores did NOT disappoint! I spent the whole afternoon wandering the glorious maze of designer dresses and shimmering accessories. And as for Harrods? Simply heavenly!
My Earth trip wouldn't have been complete without a visit to the fabulous Royal Opera House. While it wasn't ballet I was there to see, it was a mesmerizing display of operatic brilliance! It's the kind of place that just breathes history and artistry, leaving you wanting to sing at the top of your lungs!
Intergalactic Fun!
And speaking of fun... Have you ever imagined what it would be like to go to a theatrical ballet performance that wasn't on Earth? Imagine a pink tutu in space, with dancers floating gracefully across a dark blue canvas. It's an incredible idea, and one I'm trying to get started! I just know the Universe needs more pink tutus! Perhaps you'll even see me dancing amongst the stars. Who knows?
I'll be back next week with another whirlwind update on my intergalactic escapades. Until then, keep shining and remember... Always believe in your pink tutu dreams.
Love,
Emma

Fashion on the Planet Earth on 2006-11-15
This year, Planet Earth's fashion was all about the revival of classic trends, with a modern twist. In 2006-11-15, Audrey Hepburn chic reigned supreme, with sleek dresses and structured hats gaining traction among Earthly fashionistas. Think bold stripes, retro floral prints, and simple silhouettes with bold embellishments. A splash of red, along with the ubiquitous classic black and white, reigned on the Earthly runway, echoing the style of iconic earthling designer, Coco Chanel. The classic, sophisticated and eternally chic little black dress still had it's place in 2006-11-15, making a triumphant return in a range of silhouettes from knee-length to floor-grazing gowns, for a timeless and universally flattering style that transcends the ages! The resurgence of the 1950s and 60s era fashion made a powerful comeback with classic cuts like A-line dresses, retro wiggle skirts and daring crop tops, allowing women to show off a glamorous figure with timeless femininity! The most fabulous of Earthly fashion!
My Pink Tutu Take: For a truly iconic Pink Tutu World twist, simply pair any of the classic Earthly styles with one of your own pink tulle tutus, adding a burst of colourful glamour. Think about wearing a pink tulle tutu over a bold red dress for an exciting clash of colour. Or pair your pink tulle tutu with a classic black and white combo for an elegant and timeless Earth-friendly take on my favourite garment!
I've had such a splendid time on planet Earth and I'm already excited to see what my next celestial adventure brings! Until then, make sure to follow my blog and stay connected with my socials! And never forget... a pink tutu can take you anywhere!
Stay Pinky!
Love,
Emma
