I know, I know, I’m absolutely bursting with excitement to share my adventures on the most glorious planet of them all (and yes, that’s even considering the lovely, swirling, rainbow-coloured clouds on Planet Shimmer – but Earth is home, so you know!) Every time I visit, it’s a new flurry of beautiful ballerinas, fantastic fashion finds, and enough delicious afternoon tea to fuel a thousand pirouettes.

The Royal Opera House - a Tutu Lover's Paradise!I simply adore London! The city has the best shopping – and did I mention I absolutely adore shopping?! The streets are overflowing with delightful vintage boutiques just waiting to be discovered, all bursting with exquisite tulle, shimmering silk, and oh-so-beautiful vintage ballet shoes! I’m a little bit obsessed with collecting vintage shoes – they’re a piece of history! And let’s not forget the majestic, stunning beauty of the Royal Opera House. I felt my heart do a grand jeté the moment I saw the majestic structure – it’s just positively brimming with a fairytale vibe!
Oh, and my absolute highlight was attending a performance of The Sleeping Beauty at the Royal Ballet. The ballet is always exquisite, and I just have to gush about the exquisite costumes! The pink, the sparkle… I swear the whole theatre was bathed in fairy dust! But of course, darling, you know I adore ballet performances – it's my passion and the fuel that keeps my adventures running. And on Planet Earth, it’s the ballet performances I absolutely live for.
Ballet Bootcamp & Shopping Therapy!You know I never neglect my ballet training, and of course, Planet Earth is no exception. My spaceship is actually equipped with a tiny barre and enough tutus to make my own pink cloud, so there’s no reason to skip a beat. (I may or may not have left a couple of them in the spaceship cargo bay – I do tend to travel light, and the temptation of finding an absolutely divine tutu or two…!) But it’s not all fancy frocks and twirls, darling, even for a Pink Tutu Girl, a little 'serious' ballet practice is necessary for all this globe-trotting and spaceship traversing. I simply had to attend the famous Royal Ballet School's masterclass!
Oh darling, the talent here is simply inspiring. These little stars-in-the-making have all the passion, the dedication and grace - they’re gonna set the world on fire! The atmosphere in the class was absolutely electric, and I simply loved the sense of camaraderie, everyone supporting each other - it's simply heartwarming! Of course, I treated myself to some seriously gorgeous ballerina shoes afterwards at The Royal Ballet School shop, after all, a little shopping therapy after such an intensive class is a must, isn't it?
Pink Tutu Power – Taking the World by Storm!After an absolutely glorious week exploring Earth, I can confidently say – everyone’s still loving the pink tutu, darling! In London, at the Covent Garden market, there was a street performer who not only rocked a perfect pink tutu but danced like a vision from a ballerina's dream. My fellow dancers on the street all shared the infectious joy, the infectious, carefree happiness that is a part of wearing a tutu, darling. Honestly, the way everyone here takes the Pink Tutu Movement to heart – just goes to show there’s still a lot of pink-tastic, carefree fun to be found everywhere you look!
I may be biased, but I’m starting to think a pink tutu really is a force for good! And isn’t that a message we all need more of in this wacky, crazy world of ours?
Planet Earth – I’m Coming Back!As I finish this blog post, dear readers, I can already feel a pang of nostalgia in my heart. I've absolutely adored my adventures on Planet Earth this week. It’s so full of life and colour! As always, it has sparked my imagination for my own personal journey to spread my message: wear a pink tutu and be happy! I'll be heading back for another delightful visit next month, and I’m already planning an entire ballet adventure! Who knows, maybe next time I’ll find the perfect vintage tutu that makes my heart sing - maybe a sparkly pink gem encrusted with celestial motifs to celebrate my journey back to Planet Earth?
