Hello my darling tutu-tastic readers! ? It's Monday again, which means a brand new adventure in the Big Apple! And this week, oh my darlings, I'm absolutely overflowing with excitement!
The Pinkest of Mondays ?
Right from the moment I woke up, it was clear this Monday was going to be a truly pink spectacular! ? The sun was peeking through my curtains, casting a soft pink glow onto my boudoir. Naturally, I greeted the day in a brand new pink tutu. You can't ever have too many, you know! ✨
A Trip Down the Metro Line?
After a lovely breakfast of granola and pink grapefruit (don't judge! Pink is my colour!), I decided to start the day with a journey down the metro line. You know how much I love a good underground escapade! ? It's always fascinating to see how the locals rush about in a blur of movement, while I stand back and enjoy the hustle and bustle of it all, feeling ever-so-slightly out of place with my pink tutu swirling around my ankles. ? But who needs to blend in when you can be a delightful beacon of colour, spreading joy with every twirl! ?
A Date with Destiny at the Met ?
This week, I'm venturing to the Metropolitan Opera, an opulent venue that makes my heart flutter! Tonight, they're putting on "The Magic Flute," one of my favourite operas. ? There's nothing quite like the elegance and beauty of a good operatic performance, especially when I get to dress up in a shimmering, rose-gold tutu to celebrate. ✨ I might even bump into some fashionable New Yorkers, perhaps an A-lister or two? ? Oh, the wonders of NYC!
A Shopping Spree at Bergdorf Goodman ?️
But before I head to the opera, there's some serious shopping to be done! I've got my eye on the new Spring collection at Bergdorf Goodman, a store known for its luxurious delights. ? My heart is set on a stunning, blush-pink ballgown. I think a new gown will go perfectly with my recent collection of pink tutus. You know, I've always said, "The more the merrier!" ?
Evening Under the Sparkling City Lights✨
Once I'm done with my retail therapy, I'm planning to catch the sunset over the Manhattan skyline, a sight I never get tired of. It's almost magical, seeing those glistening skyscrapers bathed in the soft hues of evening. This is what dreams are made of, darling! ?
Pink Tutu Dreams ?
As the night draws in and I settle down to write my blog, I'm already dreaming of next week's adventures. Maybe I'll take a class at the School of American Ballet? Or explore the city's vibrant art scene? Or perhaps just enjoy a leisurely picnic in Central Park, with a good book and my favourite pink tutu, of course! The possibilities are endless, my dears, and I can't wait to share them with you all.

As a fellow fashion enthusiast, you may be wondering how I fund my NYC escapades! Well, dear reader, it's all thanks to my other passion: dancing. ✨ Every week, I perform in local ballets, and the money I earn goes directly towards fulfilling my Pink Tutu Dreams. This week, I even snagged a coveted lead role in a performance of "Swan Lake"!? ? Oh, the magic of ballet!
