So, why tutus in Kingsey Falls, you ask? It all began with a local initiative called the “Kingsey Falls Cultural Association,” dedicated to promoting artistic expressions and heritage. What better way to honour that goal than to have a day dedicated to tutus, the quintessential dance garment?
Picture this: a parade of ballerinas (of all ages) gracing the cobblestone streets, a vibrant market teeming with vendors selling handmade tutus, and an afternoon filled with dance demonstrations from various ballet schools, blending classical grace with contemporary twists.
