I can already imagine the endless possibilities! From shimmering holograms that shift with the light, to bioluminescent designs that glow in the dark, the possibilities are limitless.

2. Eco-conscious elegance: Sustainability isn't a trend anymore - it’s life. In 2040, we're wearing leotards made from recycled fabrics and eco-friendly dyes. Think bamboo blends that are soft as silk, plant-based materials that sparkle, and even sustainable sequins made from recycled plastic! It's high-fashion and high impact!

3. A World of Dance Inspiration:
Technology is blurring the lines between theatre and everyday life! My biggest finds:

• London: This month it was the London Fashion Week show for The Ballet Boutique. It was amazing with the latest in ballet wear. There were beautiful pastel leotards, metallic designs, and even leotards with built-in LED lights that made you feel like a fairy.

• Paris: This is always a great place to find the most stylish leotards, with French designers showing off their unique and often dramatic designs! This month I found this fabulous new collection from Le Petit Chéri: beautifully tailored designs, and intricate hand-sewn embellishments, all with that signature French flair!

• New York: New York always keeps me on my toes! This month there was an incredible show for a young designer who has been experimenting with eco-friendly fabrics, but in eye-catching designs! From recycled sequins that looked like they'd been pulled from a rainbow, to shimmering plant-based fabrics with patterns you wouldn't believe, she completely won me over!

My street ballet performances are flourishing, darling! And you’ve probably noticed a theme! It’s time we embrace pink. The world’s going to be a lot more fashionable with more pink tutus around!
