Hello darling tutu-lovers! It's your girl, Emma, back with another fab post straight from the fab-tastic planet Earth! 🌎 This week's adventures were simply divine – prepare yourselves for a whirlwind of pink tutus, celestial glitter, and oh-so-much ballet, baby!
It's Wednesday, the 7th of November, 2012, and let me tell you, this Earthly Wednesday has been a real treat. You know me, a bit of shopping never goes amiss, and I simply had to hit the boutiques of London. My eye caught sight of the most exquisite vintage lace tutu at the oh-so-charming "Tutu Tales" vintage shop – imagine, a pale, dreamy blush with little, shimmering silver beads scattered all over, it's just perfect for a moonlight ballet in my celestial dreams!
Speaking of dreams, "The Nutcracker" was on the bill at the Royal Opera House tonight, and oh, honey, I was transported! Such enchanting dancing, such brilliant costumes. I found myself swooning over the Sugar Plum Fairy’s shimmering dress and practically shedding a tear during the Land of Sweets – you simply can't beat that Christmas magic! 🩰💖✨
As for my travels this week, let's just say, out of this world wouldn't quite cover it! I had a grand time zipping through the galaxy, exploring the cosmic dance studios on Venus – those dancers are something else! Their choreography was all about flowing, ethereal movements inspired by the Venusian clouds – breathtaking! They were absolutely smitten with my Earthly pink tutu, which made my day. Of course, a good Earthly dance lesson isn’t complete without a cuppa. On this trip, we sipped tea while learning about the galactic ballet traditions – truly fascinating! The Martians have this amazing ballet tradition called "The Starburst Waltz" where they all spin around each other, making beautiful star formations with their bodies - incredible to witness!
Let's get back to our earthly world for a moment. Now, you might be wondering how I can afford to zip through the cosmos with such frequent grace. Well, honey, it all boils down to hard work! I’ve been dancing professionally since I was 16, my darlings. When I'm not prancing through a magical realm of tutus, I'm gracing the stages of the UK with my own spectacular performances. From local theatre gigs to breathtakingly-gorgeous ballet shows in Derbyshire (my very own stomping grounds, you know!), every performance gets me closer to fulfilling my true life’s mission - to get the entire universe wearing a pink tutu! 💃💫
Oh, speaking of fashion, have you seen the latest Earthly tutu trends? The styles this year are a complete delight. There’s the classic, simple classic tulle that’s eternally chic and never goes out of style, and then we've got layered tutus with a touch of sheer for those who love a bit of romanticism, and who could resist a touch of glittery sequins on a dramatic tutu? Don’t get me started on the gorgeous floral print tutus, dreamy for those who love a splash of color and playful patterns! 🌸🌷
I love how my passion for ballet and everything fabulous blends seamlessly with my travels and fashion. It’s all connected, like the dots of the universe, if you will! It’s a deep sapphire velvet jumpsuit with an exquisite pink tulle overlay – absolutely dreamy! And of course, how could I possibly resist adding a hint of galactic magic with a pair of twinkling diamond earrings that make my eyes sparkle brighter than a supernova! ✨💖

It's a grand celebration of exploring new horizons, discovering, and learning more about our fantastic universe – exactly what we tutu-lovers are all about! 💖
