Oh my darlings,
Well, wouldn't you know it, the little ballerina is back on Planet Earth for another thrilling adventure! I do love those celestial trips but, truth be told, there's no place quite like home, is there? And, of course, I wouldn't miss my Wednesday blog post for the world. My little pink tutu wouldn't let me!
I've been touring the cosmos for the last couple of weeks, spreading a bit of pink tutu joy across the galaxies. I even stopped by Alpha Centauri B for a quick pirouette and a chat with some lovely purple-hued aliens who seemed rather captivated by my, er, 'earthly attire.' They promised to whip up some matching pink tutus for their next intergalactic ballet soirée – how fabulous is that?!
But, as the saying goes (well, the saying I'm inventing now because it sounds quite clever), "All good things must come to an end..." unless you're a pink tutu, which seems to be perpetually wonderful. Anyway, my space shuttle – which I lovingly call "Twinkle Toes," obviously – is safely back on Earth, and I am brimming with excitement for what this week holds.
A Feast for the Eyes:
First things first, darling. I'm absolutely positively buzzing about the Bolshoi Ballet's upcoming performance of "Giselle." They're putting on this spectacular in our very own Derbyshire, where else, at the stunning Derby Theatre, and I've secured the most fabulously positioned ticket! You see, my dears, the Bolshoi Ballet is world-renowned, and they never disappoint. The costumes, the dance moves, the sheer magic... I can practically feel my toes tingling already. You just wait until I share pictures with you on Instagram later! I mean, do they even know how good their tutus are going to look on that stage?!
Speaking of amazing stage performances, guess what?! A little birdie whispered in my ear about a fabulously fancy new dance troupe opening in London on this very day, March 16th, and their debut performance sounds like it’ll be quite something! Think sleek contemporary moves, cutting-edge costumes, and maybe even a touch of that dazzling LED technology. squee Oh my goodness! I am truly blessed to live in a world with such beauty, talent, and incredible performers. My heart is just bursting with joy for this week!
A Trip to Paradise
While my feet are enjoying the latest dance performance, my mind will be whirling around my newest very special, very pink, tutu dream… Harrods! Oh darling, I love to treat myself with a little shop and there is absolutely nowhere else in London I’d rather indulge. Now, before you all shriek, I must say, I am being very careful with the pennies this time, because, well, those new tutu designs require some serious savings. But oh, how I want to wander through that magnificent store and admire all the gorgeous garments!
After that little shopping trip, I will pop over to Buckingham Palace for a look at all the glitz and glamour, and then off to Hyde Park for a much needed dose of peace and tranquility. Ah, isn’t Planet Earth a blessing? With it’s endless options for shopping, performances, and purely glorious moments in its most beautiful natural spaces!
Oh, The Tutu-tastic Life!
Honestly, my darlings, life just gets better and better. There's always something wonderful to discover, somewhere amazing to travel to, and some wonderful new ballet routine to try! The only real difficulty in my life is how to cram all these fantastic experiences into one lifetime!
Now, don’t you forget, dear readers, you’ll all be receiving a special email from me with some exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from my big night out in the city tomorrow, and all those pictures I was talking about from tonight’s show – because I couldn’t wait to share them with you! wink
Stay fabulous my sweet things!
Until next week,
Emma

To anyone out there who needs a little reminder today: Always wear pink. Always wear a tutu. And most importantly, never stop twirling.
