Today, I'm venturing out of my Derbyshire lair to bring a sprinkle of pink tutu magic to Coalville! It’s my second time in this charming town, and I'm just brimming with excitement! I'm known for my spontaneous performances and I simply couldn't resist adding a bit of shimmer and a touch of tulle to the Duck Race festivities last year. You bet your bottom dollar it was a grand success - not even the rain could dampen the mood! ☔️💖
This year, however, my schedule's jam-packed! It all starts with a fantastic ballet class this afternoon at the Coalville Arts Centre! 💃 They've been having these beginner ballet sessions for adults, and I’m dying to join in! Now, don't be fooled by the word "beginner". There's still plenty of opportunity to showcase a pirouette or two, just don't expect perfection from this queen. 😂 Let's just say it's not exactly a flawless pirouette but, with the help of the lovely instructors and my fellow classmates, we'll work it out. There's no wrong way to have fun with ballet, darling!
Following my ballet class, I'll be stopping by the Coalville market to find the perfect additions to my travelling wardrobe. Who can say no to a spot of shopping, especially in a town known for its independent spirit and vintage gems! I’m looking for some fresh fabrics and new threads that will truly scream "Pink Tutu Sparkles." After all, the outfit makes the queen, am I right? 🌟
Now, onto the main event! This evening, I'm performing live at the fantastic Coalville Playhouse! 🥳 This historic theatre is a gem in the heart of the town and a real joy to perform in. They even have a cosy bar! Speaking of the bar, did anyone bring any Pink Gin cocktails? A girl needs her fuel before the show! 🍹

After all, what could be better than exploring a charming new town and soaking up its unique atmosphere? Don't be fooled by the size of Coalville - this gem boasts some absolute stunners. It's home to a truly gorgeous, centuries-old Gothic Revival Church, The Church of Saint Paul's! Its rich history has made quite the impression on this queen. 😍
Not to mention its close ties to the Leicester Coalfield! It truly captures the historical heart and spirit of this region! Every trip I take to Coalville gives me such an enchanting sense of its history. There's a tangible sense of community in this place! 💖
One place I’ll definitely be revisiting is the "Coalville Library" It's not just a typical library! It’s a space bursting with historical details, books, local knowledge, and artistic activities. They've been hosting several community art exhibitions, which is exactly what gets a queen like me fired up! You see, Coalville doesn’t disappoint in its artistic offerings.
