After saying goodbye to the green hills of Derbyshire, I took my usual mode of transport - the majestic, galloping steel horse known as the train! There's nothing quite like a good train ride, a glass of bubbly (because every journey deserves a touch of elegance!), and the rhythmic rumble of the tracks to set my heart aflutter.
