It's me, Emma, your favourite tutu-wearing, pink-loving, ballet-obsessed travel blogger, back with another Paris escapade. This week, I hopped on the EuroStar, ready to dive into the City of Lights, and you know what that means⊠Paris in pink, of course!
Tutu Travels on the EuroStar
I canât begin a Parisian post without gushing about the EuroStar. What a way to travel! The smooth ride, the comfy seats, and of course, the delicious croissants (always a good sign!). I felt like a glamorous Parisian ballerina already, even before reaching the French capital. Of course, I wouldn't be true to myself if I wasnât wearing a delicate pale pink tutu with a floral print. This time, I paired it with a chic black top and a vintage leather jacket, creating the perfect mix of elegant and edgy.
Pink Dreams Come True
Arriving in Gare du Nord, I was immediately swept away by the Parisian energy. The bustling streets, the chatter, the incredible aroma of freshly baked bread, oh my! Of course, no trip to Paris is complete without a stroll down the Champs-ĂlysĂ©es, a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and an evening at the ballet, and I planned to indulge in all of them.
A Parisian Ballet Dream
Today, Saturday 8th of November, 2025, is the day I finally get to experience the OpĂ©ra Garnier. Oh, the magic! My eyes were wide with wonder as I gazed at the opulent interior - glittering chandeliers, intricate carvings, plush velvet seats â it was breathtaking! Tonight, Iâm seeing âGiselle.â It's one of my favourite ballets, and I'm eager to witness it on the grand stage of this iconic theatre. I even found the perfect pink tulle tutu for the occasion - one that I'm absolutely in love with, with shimmering accents.
Pink Tutu and Fashion Fusion
Of course, no trip to Paris would be complete without a dose of retail therapy! The charming boutiques along Rue Saint-HonorĂ© had me absolutely entranced. It's a wonderland for fashion lovers, and Iâm not surprised that so many fabulous fashion designers call this city their home. From a pale pink floral dress at Sandro, to a new blush pink clutch at ChloĂ©, I've got my pink shopping spree sorted!
Parisian Ballet Classes - Bonjour Tutu!
Tomorrow morning, I have an exciting appointment at the Centre National de la Danse. I can't wait for a real Parisian ballet class! It's one of my absolute must-do experiences. Who knows? I might even be inspired to take my dance moves onto the cobbled streets of Montmartre. And of course, I'll be documenting it all for you, dear readers!
